Each of our lives is connected through the unity of our faith in Jesus Christ. Our father gave us His son that we might have life. He has given you the experience of walking the path with Him. He knows that it’s not easy and wants us to share our lives helping others navigate that narrow path. With experience men realize that their pride of wanting to “go it alone” is a mistake. We need the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, His Word and the unity of believers to stay on the path. Sharing our walk is part of God’s plan for us.

Many men feel that they don’t have that much to offer. In fact most of the mentors in this ministry had to overcome a feeling of inadequacy. The truth is that all men who have experience on the Christian Path have valuable experiences to share. Dave Stoddard in his book The Heart of Mentoring points out “Effective Mentors Understand that Living is about giving”! It is the Lords desire that we share our experience on the narrow path with younger men struggling to stay on that path. Our struggles can help others.
