Why am I only seeing black when I try to watch a video?

The problem is likely with hardware acceleration in your flash video player. There is a bug that causes this problem on some systems. To disable flash video hardware acceleration please follow these steps.

  1. Right-click in the middle of the video below (or on the on the video you’re having issues with)
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click the left-most tab
  4. Uncheck the ‘Enable hardware acceleration’ checkbox to disable hardware acceleration.
  5. Refresh the page

What version of Adobe Flash should I be using?

We recommend that you always use the latest version of the flash player. To get the latest version from Adobe please visit this site.

Why is the countdown timer wrong on the Live Stream page?

The countdown clock uses the system time and time zone on your local computer to know when to launch the live broadcast. If you are unable to see the live stream at a time we are broadcasting please check the system time and timezone in the control panel of your computer.

If you are having trouble with some pages not displaying content that is contained in tabs or toggle menus, please try using the Firefox or Chrome web browsers.
