Hebrew Heartbeat Pop-Up Classes Drawing Close to Our Jewish Lord

Carrie Burns

“The Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for His treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth…because the Lord loves you” (Deuteronomy 7:6; 8).

Me too.  Though the Jewish people are the Lord’s possession, not mine, I treasure them.   I’ve lived and worked for and among them for a long time now in the US, the Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem, all over Israel and at Auschwitz.  I dearly love them.  They’ve enriched my life immeasurably and I am privileged to be on life’s journey with them in my work and personal life.

This new Pop-Up series, “Hebrew Heartbeat: Drawing Close to Our Jewish Lord”, consists of four talks through which I will share with you my experiences on related topics. Mark your calendars, save the dates!
