Learning More about Us

If you are interested in learning more about The Church of The Apostles, we off the Discover Apostles Dinner with Dr. Youssef several times a year. This is a dinner on Sunday evening with Dr. Youssef  telling about the history of the church and answering questions from those attending.

The next one will be advertised in the bulletin and on the website. This is not required for membership but we recommend attending before or after the Membership Class.

Membership

God is at work among us and He is calling people to join Him inApostles Membership Class_logo this work.

If you are interested in becoming a member of The Church of The Apostles to worship and serve along with us, we offer the opportunity to join our church in the Membership Class.

Classes #1 and #2 are required and tell about the history, vision, theology and staff.

Class #3, which is optional, is a tour of the church.

Class #4 is also optional and will give you information about our ministries, volunteering and using your spiritual gifts “for the work of ministry.”

After the completion of the Membership Class there will be a pastoral interview appointment made with each person or couple in the weeks following the class. Once the interview is complete, new members are presented and received into the church with a reception following the 10:30 service.

To begin the Membership Class, you must attend class #1 first. Please come to room 201 at 9:00 am on the dates listed below.

Apostles Connection Point_logoGetting Connected

Our heart is for each member to be active in the body of Christ at Apostles:

  • Growing in godliness as we worship and study His Word
  • Serving as we use our spiritual gifts and our abilities to minister to each other
  • In fellowship as we share in each others’ lives through personal relationships, caring and praying for each other.

As believers we are each uniquely created, gifted and equipped to serve God through the church body. Romans 12:4-5 says “For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.”

We want to connect members in the relationships and ministries that will activate their God-given passions and giftedness to glorify God and advance His Kingdom.
