Help The Persecuted - The Church of The Apostles

At the end of the morning session of the Home Sweet Home Retreat, the ladies were moved by a stirring presentation from Mary O’Brien with Help the Persecuted Ministry. Mary discussed the challenges persecuted Christians face and the impact of Help the Persecuted in ministering to these believers. After lunch, the retreat participants began a letter-writing campaign to encourage individuals living in the Middle East and Asia as they are facing persecution. Each lady selected scripture for the card and wrote a personal note of encouragement. What an exciting opportunity to directly reach the people we hear about and are praying for! This truly put feet to ‘Every Heart Touched and Changed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
